You wake up in the morning and without even getting out of bed, you ask alexa to turn off the AC. Then you ask alexa to open the windows and pull the curtains back.  After that, you go to the washroom and set your geyser with a voice command, all while your smartwatch communicates with your mobile phone and refrigerator. You prepare breakfast, and through your phone, you set the temperature for the oven. You turn on your smart TV and explore the latest shows on OTT platforms. Meanwhile, your child is busy playing games on your smartphone, and you attend a virtual meeting on Zoom.

Next, you book a ride on Ola, Uber, or Rapido and get into your cab. You scan your metro ticket and board a driverless metro train. The doors open automatically, and you relax as the metro takes you to your destination. When you're done with the metro, your self-driving car arrives to take you home. You order your lunch online, and soon enough, it's delivered to your doorstep. Your salary gets credited to your account, and in a fraction of a second, you make payments for your workers. You also make a video call to someone and book your flight for an upcoming trip. When it’s time to fly, you board an aircraft where everything, from takeoff to landing, is programmed to perfection. Even in zero visibility, the aircraft touches down safely on the runway, all thanks to ILS (Instrument Landing System) a product of programming.

Later in the day, you visit a hospital, where your medical reports, diagnostic scans, and doctor’s support systems are all powered by technology and programming. The world news reports about the ongoing conflicts in Iran and Israel, where missiles are being fired back and forth. What you don't see, however, is the intricate programming behind these highly guided missiles that make them so precise. You switch to another news channel and see updates on India - Pakistan border disputes, with footage of airspace control machines, fighter jets, and other advanced military equipment, all designed and operated through programming.

Now, think about your trading account, your demat account, your ability to invest in any company, or the cryptocurrency you mine. Your bank balance, your transactions, online check clearing systems, and even your demand drafts everything you do in finance is made possible by programming. The complex metro network in Delhi, the local transport system in Mumbai, the airports across major cities like New Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad all these intricate systems cannot function without the backbone of programming.

In the modern world, programmers are even helping manage things that were once unimaginable. During times of war, advanced missiles, robots, and drones all rely on the work of coders. We are reaching a point where humans no longer have to sacrifice their lives on the battlefield. It’s the programmers who are creating technologies that are changing the way we live and work.

Even in agriculture, technology is at play. You use your smartphone to switch on the water pump for your farm, scan pictures of your crops to diagnose issues, and check global markets for the latest prices all powered by code. When you call emergency services, you don’t think about the complex programming behind the systems that respond to your call, but it’s there, keeping you safe.

In rural and remote areas, children are learning through easy access to the internet, competing with kids from any corner of the world, all thanks to technology. Whether it's watching movies, viewing simulations, or playing games, everything you experience on your devices is made possible by programming. You vote for the government, see election results online, and even fill out your candidacy nomination all of these processes are set in motion through programming. In parliament, the high-tech systems that support the functioning of government are also designed by programmers.

Consider the amazing work done by our great scientists. They use modern equipment for research and analysis across fields like medicine, vaccine development, aviation, and more all of which are powered by programming. When NASA sent astronauts to the moon, it was the technology and programming behind it that made that historic moment possible. The entire world politics, healthcare, education, and more runs on programming.

This world we live in today is built on programming. Without it, nothing would function. If you ever hear someone say that the IT industry is dying or that it’s all going to collapse, understand that they are completely mistaken. The IT industry is the backbone of the modern world. It powers every sector healthcare, space exploration, finance, agriculture, and beyond. The very fabric of society, the world as we know it, cannot exist without programming.

The era we’re living in is the age of AI, machine learning, and tools like ChatGPT. There’s no doubt that this industry is evolving. You may need to learn new programming languages, adapt to new tools, and stay ahead of the competition. But never let anyone convince you that the IT industry is going anywhere. As long as humanity exists, so does the need for technology and programmers.

Your job may evolve as the industry changes, but don’t ever believe that machines will replace everything we do. From putting a man on the moon to running a water pump in a field, programming is at the core of it all. You, the programmers, are the architects of the future. You are the ones shaping the world we live in, and your work is vital.

So, keep your head high and your motivation strong. You are part of something much bigger than yourself. There is an infinite number of opportunities in the world of programming. It might seem overwhelming at times, but take a deep dive into this vast ocean of knowledge. Keep learning, keep earning, and most importantly, keep innovating.

Even though the market may be competitive, there are millions of opportunities still out there. Yes, you, the programmer, are the unsung hero of mankind. Keep pushing forward with pride and confidence, because you are the backbone of this world.

Actually, this is not motivation, this is the reality of the world. The world cannot exist without programmers. Programmers are the backbone, and they are the real heroes of humankind. With pride, go ahead and make your mark in this incredible field!
